How far in advance should we bring you in?

As early as possible — ideally before venue contracts and vendor agreements are signed, so the security plan shapes the event rather than reacting to it.

Do you provide the on-the-ground security staff yourselves?

We design and lead the operation. Staffing can come from your existing suppliers, ours, or a vetted sourcing partner — whichever gets the right people in place fastest. Either way, Praesidio remains the single point of accountability for the plan.

Do you replace our existing security contractors?

Not necessarily — we can coordinate your existing suppliers under one command structure, or bring in our own where there’s a gap. The goal is one accountable operation, not a forced switch.
